Neighbors' New Vistas High School (NNVHS) is a free, public charter high school that is open to any high school student who is an Indiana resident.  NNVHS offers students of all ages a true alternative pathway to earning a high-quality education and a Core-40 or general high school diploma.  NNVHS highly-qualified teachers work closely with students to support individual needs and circumstances.

Neighbors' Portage Adult Learning Center  (PALC) is a free comprehensive adult education program that is open to any Indiana resident who is 16 years of age or older who is not currently enrolled in school.  The PALC's highly-qualified teachers support students' efforts to pass Indiana's High School Equivalency (HSE) Diploma Exam (previous GED), complete high school credits, prepare for high school End of Course Assessments or college entrance exams, learn English as a second language, or study for the US Citizenship test.

NEO is an official testing site for the TASC ( Test Assessing Secondary Completion), Indiana's new High School Equivalency (HSE) exam.  The two-day test is offered twice a month.
